Igor Milanović

Igor Milanović (Игор Милановић) (born December 18, 1965 in Belgrade, Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a retired Serbian water polo player.

With a pro career spanning twenty years he is considered by many to be the best waterpolo player of all-time. In his illustrious career he played 348 games for the Yugoslav national team, scoring 540 goals. His collection of trophies is equally impressive: 2-time Olympic gold medalist, 2-time World Championship winner, European Championship winner, and 3-time FINA Cup winner.

On the club level he's turned out for VK Partizan 1974-1988, Mladost 1989-1991, VK Crvena zvezda 1991-1993, PVK Budvanska Rivijera 1993-1995, Catalunya 1992-1995 and Roma 1995-1996.

On May 13, 2006 he was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale.
